Stingray Chevrolet reserves the right to amend this process at any time.  While every effort is made by our team to ensure consistency in the process, the management team holds the ultimate authority over any dispute.

  • The data bank this tool pulls from will be refreshed monthly. 
  • This list is closed and is not accepting new deposits.
  • Only one deposit per household is allowed on this list. Violations will be refunded or given the option to move to another list.
    • You keep your deposit date if moved to the Future Variant List.
    • If you move to the Stingray list, you go to the end. 
Clerical errors can occur:
  • Names get logged onto the wrong list.
  • Deposit folders are misfiled.

We have an extremely low error rate based on the number of deposits taken.

Errors are reconciled when discovered and take effect in the subsequent database update.

This can result in someone slotting ahead of you in line.

We offer no consolation for clerical errors.

  • If your number gets higher, it is likely due to one of the above reasons. 
  • The notion that we are manipulating the list or slipping people in at the top is flawed considering the existence of this tool.  
  • Read the Process, Policies, and Guidelines for additional info.
If you encounter an error:
  • Clear your browser cookies and try again.
  • Please try all phone numbers we could have on file. (Home, mobile, work, spouse, etc.)
  • Emails concerning potential errors should include the CORRECT phone number for the quickest resolution.

Stingray Chevrolet will not sell or lease vehicles titled & registered in New Hampshire, Oregon, Montana, Alaska, or Delaware.

No sale is permitted to any person or company appearing on the General Motors Suspected Exporter/Reseller List or which has the same address as any person or company appearing on the General Motors Suspected Exporter/Reseller List.

Additionally, Stingray Chevrolet reserves the right to deny sale to any person or company that may not be a permanent resident of the U.S., may live or work outside of the U.S., may conduct business or have any ownership in an entity that conducts business outside of the U.S., or may raise any red flags regarding the intended end user. If this right is exercised after a deposit has been taken, the deposit will be returned, the deal will be canceled, and neither party shall have any further obligation to the other.
