New Website!

Welcome to the all-new Stingray Chevrolet Corvette website! This site is something I have wanted to launch for quite some time to get away from the mass email system that is just not as reliable as we hoped it would be. I will be consolidating the information and forms I created over the past few years and posting periodic updates to keep everyone on the same page.

I made this site to have a place where our guests can access our brand new order form. I upgraded the old .pdf order form to a web-based, interactive, and much more user-friendly form. In this new online form, guests can now see pictures with almost every selectable option, allowing them to visualize the Corvette they have built. The new form also allows for contextual choices – meaning users will only see options that are compatible with current selections. Lastly, one of the most exciting changes I made is the automatic calculation of the MSRP for each build. Once users complete their build and click ‘submit,’ a copy of the form will be automatically emailed to both myself and the email address provided by each guest.

The only element not yet programmed into the form is the color combination override; this is exclusively due to the amount of time it takes to create over 100 conditional fields to create the multitude of override options. I have been working on this form for several weeks now and will continue to do so, but I was anxious to launch the new website and order form, so our guests had an easily accessible place for all updates regarding the Corvette as well as a more enjoyable user-experience when building their dream Corvette.

I apologize for the delay in my response time from my email inbox; the overwhelming volume of new deposits and building the site have been the primary reasons behind that. I am working hard to get caught up, so please be patient with me. I promise I won’t allow you to miss anything!

Again, I must extend my gratitude to everyone who has stuck with us through this process and the many challenges we have had to overcome with production, supply, etc. I know that many of you have been frustrated at times throughout the process, but I also know that once you’re behind the wheel of your brand-new Corvette, it will all be worth it!
